RXI’s S11148 configuration brings a 2100mm three-door Canopex® service body, modular storage, onboard power and work equipment together on a 2026 Ford Ranger Super Duty Extra Cab for Isadraulics from Malouf Auto.

The Challenge:

The configuration brings together FlexiShelf storage, a CargoMODx drawer, underbody storage, a 3000W inverter, 230Ah lithium battery, integrated lighting, reversing support, UHF communications and practical safety equipment.

The result is a structured mobile workspace intended to support technicians working away from fixed facilities.

The RXI Solution:
The 2100mm x 1950mm x 900mm Canopex® body combines powered gullwing side doors with powered rear access and a colour-matched finish. A 1900mm underbody drawer and driver- and passenger-side underbody boxes add storage below the body. Inside, CargoMODx drawer units, two Storagetek cabinets with eight removable cases in total, and a roof-hung shelf provide separate places for tools, parts and equipment.

The configuration also includes a 900mm x 450mm CargoDeck, a 100mm vice with a folding mount, and two 1800mm anchor tracks with eight tie-down rings. Auxiliary power comprises a 1500W Projecta inverter, 125Ah slimline lithium battery and 25A BCDC charger, with a 170W solar panel. Accessory, USB and Anderson connections are listed alongside a dedicated fridge power supply.

Internal roof and swivel lights, central locking, door-alert switches and a buzzer support body access. Amber flashers, a rotating beacon and a reversing alarm form part of the warning equipment. Wheel chocks, a 4.5kg ABE extinguisher, roof bars and a Lumen CAN gateway complete the documented package.
