Ventia required a dual cab utility vehicle tailored to the demands of NBN infrastructure operations. RXI delivered a fully integrated build on a MY24.5 Ford Ranger, featuring a colour-coded ARB Ascent canopy, ladder handling system, EROAD monitoring, and compliant emergency gear. With internal cargo barriers, reversing alarms, and durable fitout materials, this vehicle is built to provide secure, reliable, and efficient transport in field environments.
Key Requirements
- Fully colour-coded ARB Ascent canopy with lift-up tinted side windows and support bars. Internal cargo barrier mesh for added tool security and separation.
- 3.0m multi-slide ladder rack system with rollers, front and rear HD roof racks, and direct-mount amber hazard lights for high-visibility transport.
- Smart reversing alarm, rear HD step, wheel nut indicators, first aid kit, and fire extinguisher with decals and placement compliant to Ventia fleet requirements.
- Full Ventia decal pack with call signs, fire and first aid markings. EROAD in-vehicle monitoring system and CAN bus interface for fleet compliance.
- Black Duck canvas seat covers (front & rear), under rail tub liner, 3D rubber floor mats, heavy-duty alloy side steps, and window tinting.
