RXI successfully delivered a fully equipped Ford Ranger Dual Cab for Ventia’s Unify QLD division. Featuring a half-open Canopex service body, inverter-powered electrics, extensive safety systems, and versatile storage, this fitout enables real-world utility for fieldwork. Paired with custom branding, LED lighting, and underbody battery/tool storage, this build meets the operational and compliance needs of modern infrastructure service fleets.
Key Requirements
- Aluminium Canopex body (1800L x 1850W x 900H) with lift-up gullwing side doors, rear tray section, shelving, and dropside assemblies for versatile storage and access.
- 2000W Projecta inverter, Redarc 25A dual battery system, flush-mounted LED reverse lights, 3000-lumen work lights, internal roof lighting, and E-Pac system with door alerts and buzzer.
- Smart reverse alarm, reverse sensors, wheel nut indicators, EROAD vehicle monitoring system, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, yellow grab handles, and heavy-duty HD rear step.
- 3.0m ladder slide system with rollers, HD alloy roof racks, black duck canvas seat covers (front & rear), 3D rubber floor mats, and side steps.
- Ventia decal package, window tinting, and compliant tool storage including underbody battery/toolbox with bottlechock kit.
