Canopex Full Body Service Body – Spec 1
RXI delivered a fully equipped Ford Ranger Single Cab build for a company’s Unify QLD program. This fitout features a full Canopex aluminium body with powered access, integrated shelving and drawers, and a 2000W inverter for on-site capability. The vehicle includes critical safety gear, EROAD fleet monitoring, smart lighting, and durable protection. With tie-down systems and roof-mounted ladder handling, this build is a complete mobile solution for field infrastructure work.
Key Requirements
- Full aluminium Canopex service body (2400L x 1850W x 900H) with powered gullwing side doors and powered rear door. Integrated shelving, Cargoswift drawers, and bottle/cylinder holder provide organised storage with secure access.
- 2000W Projecta pure sine wave inverter (roof mounted), dual battery system, LED interior and external lighting, flush-mount reverse lights, swivel lights, E-Pac central locking system, and 3000-lumen work lights.
- Reverse sensors, smart reverse beeper, EROAD in-vehicle monitoring system, yellow grab handles, wheel nut indicators, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, rear vision camera/mirror display, and compliant step system.
- 3.0m Rhino ladder slide system with rollers, three HD alloy roof bars, and LED flasher mounts for visibility and access.
- Heavy-duty canvas seat covers, 3D moulded floor mats, window tinting, and full Company decal kit with fire, first aid, and GVM compliance markings.
