• The fitout included multiple custom Shelvex storage bays with a mix of lockable shelves and panelled shelving systems, optimised for efficient tool and part storage in a compact electric van layout.
• The cargo area was reinforced with a 12mm profile-machined plywood floor and a 5mm ribbed rubber overlay, providing durability and protection, while a stainless-steel shovel tray was installed for specialised tool handling.
• Safety upgrades featured a rated anti-vapour barrier behind the front seats, fire extinguisher, wheel nut indicators, and a compliant heavy vehicle first aid kit.
• Electrical integrations included a full E-Pac LED lighting system, 4x amber hazard flashers (wired to cabin switch), high-definition constant-view rear camera with mirror-mounted monitor, and a smart volume-adjusting reverse alarm.
• Field-ready additions included a 10L handwash system, jump-start receptacle with Anderson plug and leads, and a rear tech step with integrated towbar support.
• Exterior and roof systems included a 3-bar heavy-duty roof rack (rated 100kg) and dual 3.0m ladder slides with rollers, fitted with custom flasher mounts for visibility and access support.
• Final enhancements included full decals, Black Duck seat covers, heavy-duty rubber floor mats, window tinting, and relocation of factory reverse sensors.
