RXI delivered a purpose-built Ford Ranger Super Duty Single Cab service body for Mick Neal Pty Ltd, designed to support the demands of agricultural field operations. The build features a powered Canopex aluminium service body, extensive underbody drawer and storage solutions, and an integrated E-Pac electrical system with LED lighting and door alerts. Designed to improve efficiency and accessibility while maintaining safety and compliance, this fitout provides a durable and reliable mobile workspace for daily use in demanding environments.
Key Requirements
- Full aluminium Canopex 3-door service body (2400L x 1950W x 1000H) with centrally locked gullwing & rear doors, finished in colour-matched 2Pak paint.
- Compliant mount kit to suit Ford Ranger Super Duty Single Cab, including integrated fuel filler assembly, mudguards, mudflaps, and skirting panels.
- Upgraded full-width tail light channel with integrated tail lamps and provision for reverse sensor fitment.
- 2200L aluminium underbody drawer units with painted facias for secure and accessible external storage.
- Multiple aluminium underbody storage boxes, including tapered and square-base configurations, positioned on both driver and passenger sides to maximise usable space.
- E-Pac 3-door electrical kit including central locking, interior LED roof lighting, door alert switches, and audible warning buzzer for improved safety and usability.
- Heavy-duty 1500mm black alloy roof bars to support additional equipment and accessories.
